1 Full-time position available. Two years of front desk managerial experience minimum. Must have flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays. Will supervise all facets of the hotel operations at the front desk, including Bell/ Valet, Concierge, and PBX operators. Must have working knowledge of Excel, Word, and property management systems, Springer Miller preferred. Must have excellent communication skills as well as excellent guest service skills.
1 Full-time position. Candidate must have prior luxury hotel experience. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, full knowledge of hotel services, wineries, restaurants, activities in the Napa Valley, and transportation options. Will be responsible for answering questions, giving directions, and making detailed reservations or recommendations. Candidate must have strong computer skills. Must be able to handle a fast pace environment involving both telephone work and face to face guest interactions. Must have a flexible schedule.
1 Full-Time position. Must have flexible schedule including holidays and weekends. Front desk experience in a luxury property preferred. Must have knowledge of the Napa Valley. Must have excellent phone, computer and guest interaction skills. Must be able to multi task.
1 Full-time/Part time position. Must be able to answer a multi-line phone switch board with a polite disposition. Must be calm, and have good customer service skills. Hospitality background preferred. Must have Administrative experience.
1 Full-time position. Must have previous restaurant experience, fine dining experience preferred. Must be able to work in extremely pressure pack situations. Must be able to handle stress, and think quickly when necessary. Position requires carrying plates of food carefully to the appropriate tables without destroying the presentation and integrity of the dish. Must be able to move quickly and efficiently through the dining room.
1 Full-time position. Must have previous bussing experience in fast paced and high end restaurant. Position requires support of all service staff including the servers, hosts and managers. Must be able to clear, reset and meet all guests’ needs efficiently and inconspicuously.
1 Full-time line cook positions available. Our kitchen needs passionate and highly motivated staff w/desire to excel in the culinary field. Prior kitchen experience with a fine dining establishment is a plus.
1 Part-time position available. Must be able to clean rooms for 4 hours plus. Must be able to stand for hours and lift 20lbs. Cleaning experience is necessary.
1 temporary position available. Must have full knowledge of indoor and outdoor plant identification and care. Excellent customer services. Able to work in outdoor environment under various weather conditions. Able to communicate in English clearly and concisely. Able to work with vendors and local plant supply houses.
